Charoula Kontara

Charoula joined the firm in 2007 and is now the Head of the Corporate Department. She has many years of experience in providing high-level legal advice to both local and international clients across a broad spectrum of corporate related cases including mergers and acquisitions, corporate establishments, and restructurings, as well as compliance matters, capital raising, financial reporting obligations, investments and other strategic matters.
