Mario Georgiou

Mario is part of the firm’s corporate department. Since joining the firm, he has gained a wealth of experience in the strategic and holistic approach and management of both domestic and foreign companies and is actively involved in the incorporation and management of companies, banking and compliance related matters. Mario also advises on acquisitions and disposals. 

Mario also advises on a wide variety of general commercial and contract issues, including those relating to data protection compliance, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), consultancy agreements, contracts for the supply of goods and services and agency and distribution arrangements.
