Michalis Zachariou

Michalis joined the firm in 2006 and became partner in 2015. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience with acquisitions and disposals for all types of property interests. He has advised high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs on complex corporate real estate transactions. Michalis also advises on a wide range of commercial and contractual arrangements, including in relation to, real estate management, franchising, agency and distribution arrangements. He also undertakes cases relating to mergers and acquisitions, and immigration matters. 

Michalis is a strong believer on being focused on what is commercially important to his clients, responsive and innovative.  He takes time to understand his clients’ businesses and the key issues they face, allowing him to develop effective and efficient solutions.
